  • 1.  Cognos Trial Activation

    Hello,  it has been more than 72 hours since I initiated my Cognos Trial activation, but it's still showing Activation in Progress, How can I move past this stage? I am stuck at this level. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I've been using the free version for awhile without issue(I started using via coursera cert. several months ago) and it is telling me that my project no longer exists. So . . . probably an issue on IBMs end, I'd hang tight and try every day till it's back up.

    Do you mean that you are getting the "Activation in Progress" message on this page? : https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard/  

    You should have a link to "Launch" from there similar to the image below.
