Thank you Mark. I changed the Audit logging level for the dispatcher from minimum to Basic.
Now the audit reports are updating.

Did you check that the Audit database is still configured correctly within Cognos Configuration? Does it test ok from in there? If it's a multi-server install, have you also checked the other machines are configured in the same way?
What logging levels are set for each dispatcher? Are they all at least Basic?

We upgraded from Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 to 11.2.4 (new installation and not over the top).
The audit reports are not updating in the new instance. Would like to mention that after the new instance was up and running, I had migrated the content store from the older version to the new version and this seems to have overwritten the Audit datasource connection & signon properties. We corrected this but the problem with audit not updating persists. Would like to know possible causes and suggestions. The next step I can think of is restart of services which may or may not get the audit working.
