You probably found this already, but here's a Technote I wrote many years ago: www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/386617
With luck, if you do the following it will solve the problem:
1. Launch Controller classic client (CCR.EXE) 2. Click 'Maintain - Special Utilities - Clear Local Cache' If that doesn't work, try a database optimise.
