Cognos seems to want to find all Themes and Customization out of the "Global" location. However, since my Administrator account was part of a Tenant when I uploaded them, they are in a Tenant folder.
Example...
This is what it wants : <install directory>\temp\themes\global\IBM_Blue_Green
This is that it has: <install directory>\temp\themes\Magnet BI\IBM_Blue_Green
By removing my Administrator account from Tenants (leaving global) I was able to re-upload my themes and apply. So something seems broken, Tenants are not my friend.

Subject: This theme is unavailable to set globally. (11.1.5)
We have tenants enabled, and when I go in as administrator and try to set the global theme to something other then "IBM Classic" I get the following error.
This theme is unavailable to set globally. Please login as the tenanted administrator to set it.
Something new I didn't see in 11.1.3 and I'm wondering if its just something I'm missing.
