    Hi,

    Have various 'Analysts' in Workspace that would like to publish websheet content to use in dashboards.   Unfortunately, in order for all users to see these published websheets, they need to be public.  

    It doesn't make sense for these users to be admin users in PA.  Appears that Admin tm1 server access is required to publish public.

    Can think of a some workarounds to achieve this (temp admin access, move the data directory files, log them on temporarily with admin access). None of which are particularly palatable.

    Has anyone faced the same problem? Are IBM planning to change anything here?  Can see it follows subsets and views, though there are some system ways to get round these.  Maybe an API parameter to add public?

    Hi James,

    The users do not need to be full TM1 Admins, they just need admin access on the Application folder.  I generally create a user upload Application folder and grant access to that folder.
