Unsure if this is still an issue on your side but could you clarify a few things?
- Is Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel connected to Planning Analytics Local or our SaaS cloud?
- What's the version of Planning Analytics?
- What's the version of Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) that this doesn't work? Also, what's the version of PAfE where this does work?
- The user which is having the issue, what if they log on a workstation where it works for another user. Would that functionality work for this user on another machine which is successful for another user? This test would tell us if the problem is specific to the user or the workstation.
