    Hi ,

We have setup a demo environment for Cp4AIOPS with Turbonomics and planning to demo with other assets. After the setup is up, some of the service is not working and i am getting access denied error.

When i checked the access control i have complete access.

Setup- ROCK on IBM cloud  version 4.6

    Features are not working:
    1. Data and tool integrations - Manage Observe jobs
    2. Application Management
    3. Topology viewer

    Error Message:
    Error 403 Forbidden
Hmm, it appears you don't have access to this page.
Ensure you are logged in with the required permissions.

    Hi Ramesh,

We saw the same thing happen in one of our Cp4WAIOps 3.1 demo environments too.   If you find in the logs that there are problems with your redis pods or are having error messages such as "MaxRetriesPerRequestError: Reached the max retries per request limit (which is 20)" then it might be the same issue.

In our case, we discovered that the redis pods were not coming up properly because there was no master pod being assigned.  The way we resolved the problem was to scale down the redis pods to 0, then scale up to 1 until a master redis pod is confirmed, and then continue to scale back up to to 3 (or whatever number you had previously).

Let us know if this works for you.
