AIOps

In this video Gurpreet and I show how to setup an alternative to IBM Alert Notification. This is required if you want to notify a "need to know" person that something important has happened. The integration into Watson AIOps is done using Webhooks and the Netcool Impact piece of the Event Manager solution. We introduce the why and where and also show how to actually configure it.
