I have been trying to register for the academic initiative site as an academic staff. However, I receive an error saying "Unfortunately, you have already requested access to the IBM SkillsBuild Software Downloads program and that request has been denied."  I tried clearing the browser cache, changing the browser, and also changing to a different computer system but the result is the same. Probably my academic institute is not registered. 

Kindly help me with the registration so that I can download the CPLEX 12.8 academic version.

I am currently having a lot of trouble finding a working link to download CPLEX through the IBM Academic Initiative. Specifically:

1. The CPLEX Product Website includes a link to "Get the no-cost academic edition." This directs to https://www.ibm.com/academic/technology/data-science which is an empty page.

2. Xavier's blog post "CPLEX Optimization Studio is free for students and academic" includes the following link:  http://ibm.biz/CPLEXonAI. This also leads to an https://www.ibm.com/academic/technology/data-science, which is also an empty page.

The issues persist regardless of whether I use Chrome or Safari, or whether I have enabled/disabled adblocking. I think that the links are directing to the correct page, but that the page does not exist (see attachment)

I am wondering if anyone has a working link to download the latest version of CPLEX through the IBM Academic Initiative? If not, could someone confirm that the links are not working for them as well?

I already use the cplex academic version in my another computer. I downloaded it with this acount. I should download my second computer to gain time when running the codes. Can i do it ? Is the problem related with this situation?
