Once the data set has been created, you’ll likely have additional data to load over time (for example, next month’s GL data). The steps for loading data into an existing set are different than loading data for a new data set. The steps below describe how to upload data to an existing data set.

1. In the Stg environment, open the Cost Transparency project.
2. Click Studio > Data.
3. Select the data set into which you wish to upload data. Make sure to select the raw data set and not a transform.
4. Under Quick Tasks, click Upload Data Set.
5. In the Upload Data Set dialog, enter the following information:
   File to Upload: Browse to select the file to upload.
   Source System: Enter the system from which the data came. If the system is not in the pre-defined list, you can still enter the system name.
   Upload To: Select the month to which you want to upload the data. It’s always a good idea to double-check the value you enter here to make sure it’s the correct month. If you have a file with multiple months, select the first month of data included in the file.
   Overwrite Existing Data Set: Ensure this option is selected.
6. Click OK.
7. Once it’s done uploading, click Finish.
