Good question @Chennappa Muddammagari​! According to the Planning team, the imported data should always Check-In.

Thank you @Jonathan Wai, Is it possible to not to checkin  plan data  in Cost transparency  through  "Cost Transparency Integration" process.

when we push plan data from IT Planning to Cost transparency through out of box "Cost Transparency Integration" process the data has to load but not to checkin.

please advice.
