This is the Learning Plan forBill of IT – Showback & Chargeback series of courses. These courses teach TBMAs, and other roles who touch the Bill of IT process, the basics and benefits of Bill of IT, the differences between a showback and chargeback process, the Bill of IT types, and the roles involved in the Bill of IT process.

Hi Heather, 

I'm investigating.  We have recently updated the BoIT training materials and I'm not sure we included a knowledge check since it's outside of ApptioU and the AAEP.  I'll let you know as soon as I find out though.

I'm not seeing an option to access or request the BoIT Knowledge Check.  Am I missing something?

HI @Tony Wong, Thank you for letting me know and I apologize if you did not receive an email confirming you have been enrolled in the Knowledge Check.  You should have just received two emails from Apptio U: one with your Apptio U account details you will need to access the Knowledge Check and a second confirming you've been enrolled in the Knowledge Check.  Since you do not have an active AAEP, your Apptio U account will be deactivated once you have completed the Knowledge Check.  You should be good to go now but please let me know if you did not receive either of those emails or if I can further assist in any way.

Hi Megan Beasley, I clicked on Showback & Chargeback Knowledge Check Request and filled out the SmartSheet form on Oct 8th, but it did not ask me to do any knowledge check. Am I missing something? I no longer have Apptio University access since I am only a contractor to the current company I am with.

Hi @Archit Aryasri, the Bill of IT badge is one of our badges that is issued on the Friday after you have earned it.  If you completed the Bill of IT Knowledge Check, you should receive your Bill of IT badge this Friday.

Hey Michelle Battista and @Debbie Hagen, there is not a way to receive credit for courses on Community.  Once you complete the courses in the learning plan and take the Knowledge Check listed at the bottom of the learning plan you will receive a badge for your completion of the learning plan.

A reasonable expectation.  :-)  She'll get it sorted for you.  I'd update it but I don't have magic permissions like Lauren does.  Plus, she contacts the company that provides the software and tries to get it sorted when we have issues like this.
