 Where do I find the license key for RDI 9.8

I am currently using RDI 9.6 but have a new project and want to use 9.8.   I know I can't upgrade which is fine, however I am not clear how/where to find the new license key that is required.

Hi Michael,

there are different download locations - and as always it depends.

First it depends what kind of license you have - authorized user or floating license.

Second it depends how the license was purchased - via Passport Advantage or Advanced Administration System.

Last - you can download the 120 days trial version from https://ibm.biz/rdi_hub and start using it - and you can apply the license later.

To Second Daniel's advice, 

Yes, RDI 9.8 requires a new activation kit (if installed as a standalone). 

Advice here is also to install RDI 9.8 in a different directory and back up the workspace. Use the backup workspace on RDI 9.8, as it will convert it. Test, and once you are satisfied, then uninstall 9.6 (they can run alongside each other; for example, RDI 9.8 uses a different installation method).
