 RDI can not acces Jira issues anymore (Failed to search issues)

Hello,

We experience an issue linking Jira with tasks in RDI.

The login in Jira is correct. 

Note: we use MFA. 

Any idea?

Are you using Atlassian Guard for your MFA with something like MS authenticator? Or are you using OTP's? Also what authentication policy are you using?
 
I'm just trying to understand the JIRA setup to understand the RDI configuration, if that helps. I appreciate that this doesn't answer the question however, I'm just trying to under the environment a bit more.
 
 
 
 
I assume the MFA works outside of the RDi.

@James Cole Thank you for your reaction. We don't use On Guard, but now we know that Atlassian has deprecated an API which was used with RDI for searching  tckets in JIRA. I understood from IBM that it's irreversible.

So, we have to live with this.
