  • 1.  RDi keep asking for restart RDi to install updates

    Hi Experts,

    I'm using RDi 9.8.0.0 and want to upgrade it to 9.8.0.3. When I checked all the required updates and click finish, it prompts to ask for restarting RDi.

    After I clicked Restart Now and RDi restarts but there's no further action in RDi. I tried more times and it keep asking me to restart RDi and no installation happens.

    BTW, I'm using a trial license and don't apply a formal license yet. Not sure if it impacts the installation.

    And also it was successfully updated to 9.8.0.3 with trial license before the windows crashed and reinstalled the OS on my laptop.

    Does anyone encounter such issue and is there any solution?
