The usecase is to fetch the user GSO credentials via API call either using password vault API or any other way.
I was testing the same using password vault API via postman. However, only the same user can fetch his GSO creds and Admin is not able to fetch anyone's creds. I did add the admin user in iv-admin or su-admin groups to validate the privileges, but still it shows as Bad request.
I am using ISVA 10.0.3 with embedded LDAP.
Can anyone help me with the same?

I'm not sure what product your question refers to as acronyms like GSO and ISVA aren’t familiar.
If your question relates to APIC then please explain in more detail, else I think you’ll need to ask elsewhere.
