 Facing Issue with settingup CPLEX for python in macOs ARM64

Hi 

I have recieved a package file named cplex_studio2212-osx.pkg from sales team. I have installed but it doesn't have ARm64 library files only have x86_64. So what I have do now? because of this licence is not considering.
