Data status indicator - suggestions?

Question

I need to come up with a way for users to know the status of the OpEx data in CT. For instance, December 2021 is closed and maybe we have January 2022 data available but Accounting has not yet closed the month. I want people to be able to know that while they can see January data, it may still change (without them having to bug me about the status).
Any suggestions on how to make this information readily available?

Perhaps you can create an editable table where you can provide the status for each month. Just a strawman example. Might not need for future months. Getting this somewhere the users can see it will be the trick. Perhaps as it's own report, or as a KPI on a dashboard.
