Check out this overview from CT Product Manager Ed Hayman to learn...
- Purposes of the new Apptio Experience (aka Apex)
- Differences between the classic UI and Apex UI
- Note: this video has been updated from the original post in December 2020.  It includes the latest user experience along with timelines and expected impacts.

Good feedback @Guillermo Cuadrado!  Looks like you've already submitted these ideas via the hackathon which is great! That means our engineering folks are aware of them but I'm tagging @Ed Hayman  just to be sure.

Delivering Apex is important to us for a number of reasons, one of the most important is getting our products to a point where they have a consistent look and feel. As you know, we've had some growth in our product portfolio via acquisition and internal innovation so our products tended to vary quite a bit.  We have also developed a number of cross product features like Insights, Collaboration, and Self Service Reporting, and Apex is a factor in being able to implement all those features to work consistently across products.

As always we welcome your suggestions and appreciate your engagement and feedback as we roll out improvements to our product offerings.

The APEX interface is cute, yet I'd prefer more admin-friendly features, such as the Disable Calculations presented in another blog post (link) by @Ed Hayman.
Likewise, I'd go for development support tools / utilities / features, e.g. what I describe here (link).

I love the new navigation UI -- much more visually pleasant and nicely arranged application icons.
