 ADS automatic refactoring issue: data type vocabulary not updating if an error is anywhere

If I change the name of a data type, the JSON name and vocabulary automatically update. However this does not happen if both of the following are true:

  • Automatic refactoring is enabled (in decision service settings) and
  • There is an error anywhere in the decision service.

This is in Automated Decision Service (ADS) in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation 24.0.1. I am not able to create a support case.
