Stephen, You might consider using the QPWDRULES system value instead. Starting with V7R6, it is shipping with *ALLCRTCHG *LMTPRFNAME *MINLEN15 *REQANY3, but you need to be at QPWDLVL 2 or higher to go over 10 characters. Giancarlo, I agree with Walter. I've found that ending jobs *CNTRLD with a 3-5 second delay works much better then *IMMED. Cheers, Sandi
