Not sure if it was something with IBM's website or something on my end, but it is working now. I was clicking on the downloads link from this page:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-i-access-client-solutionsIt was bypassing the required privacy agreement (that I have agreed to a hundred times) and so that was creating the problem. Tried all the usual steps of deleting cookies, cache and incognito mode but it wasn't working a couple of days back.
I think IBM might be having issues with their servers because even this forum page has been having problems the past few days.
