    I want store backup file via Mulesoft Training on Heroku Hdrive bucket. I've configured a private S3 bucket but I'm not able to connect Mulesoft (throught S3 Connector) neither via S3 Browser client. In attach the access error from Mulesoft. What can I do ? Thanks in advance.

    I would recommend posting your question in the Mulesoft community, as it relates more to the Mulesoft integration and you might be able to find more relevant help there.

    This forum is for questions about IBM API Connect.
    I'm not clear where APIC is involved in your scenario?
    If it's a general mulesoft question then obviously you would need to ask Salesforce not IBM!

    Hello,

    I am also completed mulesoft training and to resolve the connectivity issue between Mulesoft and your private S3 bucket, follow these steps:

    1. Check Credentials: Confirm Mulesoft credentials match your S3 bucket.
    2. Network: Ensure network allows outbound connections.
    3. Endpoint: Set S3 endpoint URL correctly in Mulesoft.
    4. IAM Policies: Verify Access Key has proper S3 permissions.
    5. Error Analysis: Review Mulesoft error message for insights.
    6. S3 Browser: Confirm S3 Browser client connectivity.
