Important update for IBM Cloud API Connect customers

IBM Cloud API Connect will be temporarily pausing all new sign-ups to the Lite and Enterprise plans on 31 October 2021. 
If you currently have an instance of this plan provisioned, the service will not be interrupted and we will continue to support you but be aware you will not be able to create a new instance. New users will, instead, be directed to use the IBM Cloud API Connect Reserved Instance (paid service).
