Calling out to all ITPF experts.

We are in the process of rolling out ITPF and in the middle of trying out all the scenarios that we think might be thrown at us, and one of those is YTD actuals to budget comparison.

So for example we have Jan/Feb 19 actuals and we compare this to the Budget we've loaded but when we do this the Q1 variance looks awful as it's also comparing Mar budget.

What do others do to get YTD comparisons, one of the suggestions here is to create a plan with 2 months actuals and 10 mths budget ?????

so I've had a trawl round and can see there was a release in May 2018 that you could add a YTD column but when I try to add a column only get these options

Is there something I need to do in the company profile that enables the YTD column to be able to add it in
