However, I'm puzzled why I haven't gotten any response from other support resources from IBM CPLEX cloud.

Has anyone else sent a support request to the email listed on the cloud support pages,

    docloud@wwpdl.vnet.ibm.com

and gotten no response.  Has anyone gotten a response.

Very frustrated trying to shift my optimization modeling to the cloud so that it can be publicly available.  So much that works on my desktop model has to be changed on the cloud.  I've reviewed many of the resources provided on-line and they don't seem to address the challenges I am having.

    Hi,

you have some information at https://developer.ibm.com/docloud/documentation/docloud/opl-model-input-and-output/

    Plus in the OPL documentation

You also have a dedicated CPLEX Cloud forum at https://developer.ibm.com/answers/smart-spaces/94/decision-optimization.html

    A link for IBM Support : https://www.ibm.com/support/home/

About moving an OPL model to the cloud you should pay attention to

Only a run configuration containing a tuple set as a post processing structure will provide a report.

    Now some personal advice:

If you have some .mod and .dat and you want to run them in the cloud, you could either
