The performance of CP Optimizer always increase from on one version to the next one on our internal test models. Sometimes a bug fix can create a slowdown but rarely a massive one. Could you send us a .cpo file of your model showing the slowdown ? Try to make the model as small as possible if you can. This will make the diagnostic easier.
