Easiest way in is the free trial! Head to Bob's Pricing page and pick the Trial plan (30 days, 40 Bobcoins to explore with, no credit card gymnastics). You'll get a confirmation email with a "Download Bob" and a "Getting started guide" link; from there it's install, log in at myibm.ibm.com, and you'll see IBM Bob Trial on your dashboard with a Launch button.
I put together a step-by-step guide (attached) that walks through the whole flow with screenshots, plus a quick-reference checklist at the end if you just want the short version. One thing worth knowing upfront: subscription management lives in two places, a quick view inside Bob itself, and the fuller control panel under My IBM → Overview... so if you go looking for it later and only find one, that's expected, not you missing something.
