My biggest Challenge is currently trying to gain ground on upgrading to Maximo 7.6 and getting training to keep my skillset moving in an upwards direction. I’m always interested in best practices and pitfalls of upgrading/enhancing Maximo. As well as, what are some positive outcomes of doing upgrades/enhancements?

How often are you upgrading the system (installing ifix’s/fixpacks etc) and how are you able to save time/money in the regression testing/integration test needed when implementing said fix’s on both the technical and Business side as the more you are integrated the more complex your testing/scheduling becomes?
