Does anyone know if there there of any public data sets that have IT Vendors mapped to Towers? 

I have been playing around GPT trying to assign towers to vendors based on keywords found on their web site and comparing them to the tower taxonomy descriptions.   I need to perform more prompt engineering to get more consistent results - or GPT is not a good solution since vendors are offering products/services spanning more than one tower.

I imagine that this has been done with every company using Apptio and that there may be some public data sets with this information.

Appreciate any thoughts/discussion.

Hey @Doug Conn - we have the ability to upload your vendor list to our machine learning site and that will show the tower/sub-tower that is associated based on our customer base.  May not jive 100 percent with your particular industry/situation, but it's a start.  Feel free to email me your list (jenny.franklin@ibm.com) and I'll get that done for you.
