    What are some of the use cases you'd like to see supported by the Apptio-ServiceNow Integration?

    Which persona would they be valuable for, what outcomes would you be looking to drive?

    Rightsizng recommendations tracking

    Application owners ( or whomever reviewing recommendations) should be able to open a cloudy issue and automatically create a SNOW ticket. Assigning to a cloudy user should trigger assiging a SNOW ticket to SNOW user or at least include information of email address when a SNOW ticket is created. A content of the SNOW ticket should include all relevant information of the recommendation.

    SNOW ticket status should be reflected in Cloudy "rightsizing ROI".  SNOW should feed the information back to Cloudy with ticket status, "closed" time, resolution status, SNOW ticket number.

    Good news, an RFE was created for this earlier in the year, see:  https://community.apptio.com/idea/rightsizing-roi-integration-with-servicenow

    This is currently under development and targeted for Q4 2023.
