You can use the same license if it is a floating license.

ILOG provides floating and fixed licenses, floating licenses can be installed on a license server S and "serve" any machine M in the network (resolutions are done in machine M), fixed licenses are to only run a resolution on a specific machine (license on M, resolution process on M).

If it's a fixed license, you can also consider transferring your license to the more powerful machine.
