my guess is that you're experiencing a bug either in the studio itself or in the database driver.
As it is a problem with OPL, could you please post your question on forum OPL using CP Optimizer? You should get a better answer there.
Could you also include more details about your environment? Your platform and OS, version of CPLEX Studio, version of your database and maybe the query itself if possible.
