Hello Everyone,

Registered users on the portal are not visible under the people's tab after 5 days but can be seen in the API Manager under the tasks menu as awaiting approval. We wanted to verify the user's details and then only proceed with the approval in the API Manager but unfortunately couldn't verify as the users are no more visible under the people's tab on the developer portal though earlier it was visible.

It has happened with 3 user accounts who registered one day after the other and their approval was pending for more than 5 days. The pattern seems to be like every 5 days users whose approval is pending is getting removed automatically from the developer portal but the user's request can still be seen under the API Manager's Task Tab inside the Catalog.

I wanted to know can we configure the approval expiry in the configurations anywhere so that the users doesn't get deleted from the developer portal ? If so, kindly help asap as we are losing our registrations everyday whose approval is pending for more than 5 days.Thanks.

Hi Viren, 

This issue was brought up to us recently and unfortunately, there is no way to change the approval expiry, which I know is a big issue. The team is looking at ways to fix it or looking into inputting a requirement change for it. 

If you would like, you could submit the enhancement here - I will check to see what else could be done.
