Users not getting synced after Upgrading to 9.1 from 9.0

    We recently upgraded MAS from 9.0.12 to 9.1.5 and we are observing that LDAP users are not getting synced from MAS to Manage. In the usersyncagent I can see below log statements, not sure how to resolve this though. Requesting some input/suggestion if any Maximo folk have seen this:

    usersync-agent-manage INFO [masdev ra6952] synched: status_code: 500 r.text Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: psdi.util.MXSystemException: BMXAA1581E - No object with the name {0} is set up in JNDI tree. Check the JMS/JNDI setup in the server administration console.
    javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: java:comp/env/ejb/maximo/local/enterpriseservice
