- Run one of the reports in Front Door and download the data as a CSV file:

You may be able to automate this with the Front Door API. Check this article from my series (link). You then could have a Datalink connector to load the data automatically.
- Download the data from the appropriate report in the Usage project. If none of the out-of-the box ones satisfies your needs, create your own one. Reading between the lines of your question, I suppose you'll need to put together a tabular report, something that Cost Transparency will understand.

You could also create a Datalink Copy Table connector that will download said data and upload it to CT. I haven't done this, but it seems possible.
I hadn't thought of doing something like this. We do report on usage on a monthly basis, but I just take OOB reports and paste them into a blog post. Regarding user admin, we keep track of the new user statistics separately in an Excel file. Food for thought.
