    If developer portal is not working then is any other way to provide subscription? also please help us how we can export & import subscription on v5?

    Subscriptions, Consumer Orgs, Applications, etc can also be managed via the API Connect Manager interface from inside the Catalog.

    Please see the CLI Documentation (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/5.0.x?topic=overview-command-line-interface) for exporting these configuration.
