Hi,

I am a PhD student and trying to download CPLEX Optimization Studio with academic license. First, I verified my student status and then it took me to a downloads page. The link was initially not working but I installed Firefox and it worked. When I clicked on the "Download" button of the software (see image 1), it redirected me to another webpage (see image 2). I clicked on the "eAssembly" button of the software in this page (see image 2), then it took me to another webpage (see image 3). I again clicked on the "eAssembly" button of the software in this page (see image 3) but nothing happens and I am not able to download the software. Please help me download the software.

Tick the box that corresponds to the file you wish to download. Then scroll down the page, you'll find an area where you accept / not accept the terms. Check accept and a download button should appear.

If you want the latest version (22.1.2), search for the image M0N8ZML

Here are the steps to download CPLEX Optimization Studio for academics:

Go to the page https://academic.ibm.com/a2mt/email-auth#/,
Type in your email. If you are not registered yet you will have to provide some information to register the program.
Otherwise login and do the following steps:

1. Got to Data Science
2. The CPLEX Optimization Studio box appears, click on it
3. A pop-up windows appears, click on "Download"
4. In section "Find by part number" choose "HTTP" and not "Download Director"
5. The search result should show
       IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio V22.1.2 Multiplatform Multilingual eAssembly  
    Unfold this item
6. Tick the box of the port you need to download
7. At the bottom of the page, check "I agree"
8. Click on "Download now".
9. The download should start.

I followed all these steps, but I did not obtain the academic version.
