I am unable to download IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio V12.4 for Windows x86-64 Multilingual (CI4N7ML) from the list of free software available to IBM Academic initiative members from this site:

For the 32 bit version: IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio V12.4 for Windows x86-64 Multilingual (CI4N7ML) : An error message at the end of installation saying : The installation of IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details in: C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\ILOG\CPLEX_Studio124 . However, no folder named IBM seems to have been created in the Program Files(x86) folder during installation.
I also downloaded a key from this site:
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/university/support/ilog.html, and installed the license key on windows (by copying the file access.ilm in a folder ILM inside ILOG folder in the C: drive).
Is there any thing else that I need to do to install the software? I tried installing CPLEX both on my lenovo laptop and my desktop... but I am facing the same problem for both my machine.
