Why is it impossible to export transaction in XLS through the "action" button of the transaction menu like it is in the line items menu?

We're adding the ability to export transactions to CSV in an upcoming release in June.

UPDATE: Today's release includes the ability to export transactions to CSV as well as import with append for transactions. Refer to IT Planning: What's New in May 31, 2017 Release

I looked at the document mentioned and this is very strange, my screen doesn’t have the same menu. (see screenshot below)

Hi Sylvie - The updates are included in the latest 2.x version. In order to get the latest updates you must be upgraded to the 2.x release. The final upgrade window for 2.x is on June 14.

In addition, are we going to have also filtering, grouping soon?  this would also be very useful when we want to check actuals of a particular accounts?

Hi Sylvie - column filtering for line item tables is currently in development. We're targeting end of June/early July for release.
