    Hello All,
    I have installed vmware ova version of API Connect subsystems following the ibm documentation. 
    While creating the subsystems apicup created the self signed certs for portal , analytics subsystem.

    When i am trying to register these portal and analytics service getting below error 

    Failed to create analytics service analytics.

    An error occurred communicating with the analytics subsystem at 'https://XXX' (error: 'Error: self-signed certificate').

    Even I tried to add the certificate to the trust store but it wont get added with below error

    "Analytics client truststore" (Truststore) has not been created!

    The analytics-client-default-truststore can only be updated by installer

    Any help or insights are highly appreciated

    create a new truststure containing the certs of the analytics instance, and reference that when registering the instance.

    Thanks Tom for responding for some strange reason after creating the trust store adding the certs , I am getting a confirmation that cert is added , but when I go back to check details , trust store is empty

    Did the issue ever get resolved? I am having the same issue when registering the analytics service:
