How may I can get subscriber List from Developer portal/ API Manager using an command in APIC V5?

apic subscriptions:get

Hey,
The above mention command shows not valid for APIC V5. It works for APIC V10 but it shows unknown command for APIC V5. Also let me know if there is any other way for getting subscriber list from Manager/ Portal, instead of command.
