Its not clear from your post if you wish to embed OPL models into a C++ application, or if you need to create a new application only with C++ and CPLEX. 

There are many examples of each method in the respective products. 

If you need help in developing with C++, then that's a much bigger topic.  There are other sources of help for learning C++.
