As I already said here, questions like this should be asked on the OPL Forum.

Taking a very quick look at your screenshot it looks as if you are missing sampling.dat from your run configuration (it only contains sampling.mod), that is why all the data elements are not defined. Try adding sampling.dat to the run configuration by dragging it onto the "Configuration 1" item in the project explorer on the left side. Then run again.
