I use IBM Bob to initial a project, but now I prefer to scale the application scope. That means add more projects folders into IDE.
My initial workspace in like this:
/[project folder]/[sub project1]
In this folder I tell bob to migrate some of components from [sub project 1] to another project which is in /[project folder]/[sub project2]. Bob successfully done that.
Then I tell Bob I need put 2 projects on sight. But I open new Bob instance on either /[project folder]/[sub project2] or parent folder /[project folder] all face lose original conversation history. Bob suggest create a conversation history md file in /[project folder] for new instance but that lose original conversation as well.
I miss traditional Eclipse way of working to load several projects into 1 workspace. IntelliJ can not do that. Some times I need to build a project in 1 IDE but launch or test it in another IDE.
There is a way of resolve such problem that in VS Code there is a option on File --> Add Folder to Workspace which create an "untitled workspace" can see all projects which are involved into, in this case is /[untitled workspace]/[sub project1] & [sub project2], but can not see other files at parent level of [sub project1] & [sub project2].
Any other ways to resolve this problem? I mean switching root folder and keeping Bob history. Nowadays scaling project in multi-server mode is very common.
