Thank you Matt, found it also indeed.
Any idea what permission gives this possibility ? or is it only available for Admin ?
Kind regards,

If you wish to expand the "Power User" role's permissions to include access to another user's workspace, you would need to clone the "Power User" role to customize its permissions and add the "EditUserWorkspaces" permission.

Yes, the "Power User" role is an excellent option for a TBMA.
If you prefer to remove specific permissions from the role, you can clone it, adjust which permissions the custom (cloned) role has, and assign the custom (cloned) role to your TBMA.

I was wondering if there is a certain role that's commonly assigned to TBM Analysts? Ours primarily need to be able to upload data and review fallouts in TBM Studio compared to business users. Initially we thought that Enterprise Admin would be a good fit, but these permissions are unnecessary / unwanted:
- Configure row-level security
- Check out + adjust allocation rules / formulas
Would Power User be a suitable role? Happy to receive any recommendations.
