- Expand Menu Levels

Hi Team,
I am trying to add a Menu and under this should have multiple child and each Child can have multiple sub child but I am not able to add the sub child in level 2.
Parent --> Child1 --> subchild1
Parent --> Child1 --> subchild2
But I can see Parent--> Child1 but sub child are not getting visble.
I did check the Structure --> Menu and it is arranged this way only but not sure if there is a restriction or some setting I am missing to enable this.
I followed this also just to make sure:Changing the items in the main menu
If you see the highlighted , When I add any page under API One or API Two , i am not seeing that heirarcy.
