the "Software Updates" is not functional yet.
To get fixes for CPLEX Optimization Studio V12.2, you need to go to IBM Fix Central website

Select the following options.
Product Group = Websphere
Product = IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio
Installed Version = 12.2
Platform = select the platform you're working on.

You may also want to upgrade to IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio Version 12.3 that should be available through IBM passport advantage.
