As I m a newbie, I want to use "stepwise" function such that a decision variable takes values only in the allowed range and otherwise it should be zero. For example, assigning start times for performing tasks at specific times (decision variable) within the working duration from 8 am to 4 pm every day. Otherwise, it should be zero (after 4 pm it should be zero every day).

And it should be applicable for the whole month.

Can you please help in this regard.
