Hi, having the same problem, found out that '(am-host=)' is bad, should be '(am-host=null)'
'am-host' means (most likely) 'Agent Manager Host', and I hope I find an option in /var/opt/tivoli/ep/runtime/agent/?/? to configure it.

Note: a workaround would be stopping tier1slp+slp_srvreg and letting tivoli nonstop/common agent run. (Or stop all of them, if you (like myself) don't know what they do.)
